Grilled vegetable and goat cheese arcini with balsamic-Cabernet reduction
Soup or Salad Choice Of:
Mesclun mixed green salad with spicy candied peanuts, cucumber and carrot slaw tossed with citrus-chive vinaigrette and topped with medianoche croutons
Roasted pumpkin soup with smoked chicken and crispy chorizo
Entrée Choice Of:
Crispy seared salmon served with roasted rosemary-mustard potatoes; sautéed spinach and red pepper sofrito puree.
Malbec marinated Sirloin over crispy potato cake, roasted onion, and Argentinian tomato reduction
Dessert Choice Of:
Chocolate cake for a cause or Berry excited flan for a difference
Complimentary iced tea included with meal
